App Update: Photoforge 2.02 is now out

The latest release of Photoforge 2, version 2.02, is now out, bringing with it all the usual tweaks and fixes, but also new features.

So what's new and improved in version 2.02?
  • Added Rotation Editor.
  • Added Vignette Editor (8 different vignette styles with full intensity control).
  • Added Color Balance Adjustment Editor.
  • Added Colorize Adjustment Editor.
  • Added Device to Device image transfer. You can now easily transfer photos between your devices.
  • Added ability to invert layer masks.
  • Changed the behaviour of the shadows & highlights adjustment to give much better results. 
  • Greatly improved performance of crop and layer transform tools.
  • Fix for projects not loading properly after update to previous version.
  • Fix for graphical corruption when repeatedly cropping huge images.
  • Fix for rare bug on iOS 4.2.1 that may cause app to become unresponsive when no wifi connection is available.
  • Minor graphics improvements and fixes.
  • Minor bug fixes.

iPad universal support is a myth.. I can't find the developer saying anything about providing it as a full blown option in the future.

Of course, you can 2X it on an iPad screen...

@tf really? not sure where you checked but its on PhotoForge2.com as well as GhostBirdSoft.com

The next update will add universal iPad support. It should be entering beta next week sometime and hopefully be final a week after that.

@ghostbird Great to hear! Love it on my iPhone, especially after the update w/ transparent menus. You have much to be proud of.

@GhostBirdSoft: Excellent, thank you for the direct word! I missed it on the front page as I searched in support for "iPad" and only found the article with the general statement about running it as-is.

I also now see it as "Started" in the first Support page. Brilliant product, and I can't wait for the native iPad version.
