Glyn Evans This past week has seen a bumper crop of landscape photos submitted to this months photo challenge, and here are the ones I have cultivated.

I took the picture with ProCamera. To make the tree in the front more distinguished from those behind, I applied B&W effect in Filterstorm using a gradient layer. After this I added blue gel overlay and some scratches in PictureShow and finally I finished the processing in PhotoToaster, playing with contrast, color tone, framing and vignette. That's about it, as far as I remember.
Pic no 2 is one of mine. I toomkthe original pic with an iPhone 4 using the built in camera app. First of all I used the Clarity function in Camera+ to bring out the detail and contrast. I also used Camera+ to crop it. Next I used LensLight to bring in the sun. Then I used the cloning tool in TouchRetouch to fill in some gaps in the yellow flowers in the field. Next I used one of the space filters in picfx to introduce the stars into the sky. And finally I used one of the grunge filters in IrisPhotoSutie to darken the overall look of the pic.
Photo 9 was taken using Hipstamatic only. Was lucky enough to be in a mid afternoon African thunderstorm!
