Glyn Evans The iPhone 4S is fastly becoming a popular short movie making device, as this short from Panji Hadinugraha demonstrates.
Cursed was produced, shot, and edited entirely on Panji's iPhone 4S.

Can Luma record more than 1 hour?
If you have the disk space then yes. I've recorded some 1080p 30 minute videos with Luma on the 4S w/o any problems. I plan to turn them into time lapses when I get a chance and post them online.
That said this is something we don't test very often (it takes an hour!), so if you find it to be to the contrary, please file a support ticket!
In general we love feedback. Good & bad. So don't hesitate to hit me up on our support forums!
I leisurely recorded a 720p video for ~100 min or less (more than 60 min) on the 4S. When I stopped, apparently it was said to be saving but I checked in Photos, the video wasn't there. Then, I recorded some new videos but they weren't saved in Photos either although it said 'saved'.
I checked Luma in System > Usage and found out it's taking a lot of space. A bug prevented Luma from saving the videos to Photos. There's still space in the phone though so I'm inclined to think that Luma cannot record more than an hour in HD.
I don't think I ever tested it for much longer than 1 hour. The video is saved into a temporary folder before it is moved to the camera roll. Seems like the problem lies at that step. Can you post over at http://getsatisfaction.com/midnox? I can help you recover those videos while I look into ensuring 100min long videos save properly in the future.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention! :)
I can't believe I've made it this far...
I'm blessed :)
Thank you for posting my work. I just woke up and got this thing...just wow :')
So yeah @wb,
I'll be very happy to tell you how the production process have went on for this film.
It was convenient yet absolutely frustrating to say the least, since that I've never get used to fully touch-based production practices like this.
I will post the complete story on my tumblr page at http://panjihn.tumblr.com ..
Meanwhile, I'm gonna deal with my heater for a moment... Geez, it's -3 here in Luton (-_-)
Thank you :)
No worries. We also have a support email: support@midnox.com. I think I have it figured out, though. Will be fixed in the next release.
So anyway, yeah.. I'd love to know how the process went during the production. Must be hard to produce the entire thing with a small device and a finger don't you think?
