Kick, a pocket sized lighting studio for your iPhone

Over the past few months we have seen a number of innovative Kickstarter projects, and this one from Rift Labs is no exception.

Described as a pocket sized lighting studio, the Kick and its associated Kick App will let you create various lighting effects for shooting both stills and video with your iPhone.

Available in two guises, the Kick Plus has everything, built-in WiFi, white and colored light, built-in effects, and all controled from your iPhone using the Kick app, whilst the Kick Basic is the little brother of Kick Plus and it is great for people who just want a small and simple portable white light.
