Fine-tuned development options to support the greater dynamic range of iPhone 4's camera

New resolution choices of Low (50%), Medium (75%) and High (100%) in Settings app are based on the original image's size. Percentage image size support ensures that small images will not be scaled up, preserving image fidelity

Orientation fix for iOS 4 capture
Supports iOS4 suspend and resume so users can return to developing or upload later. Developing and Upload are fully interruptible (but do not run in the background)
Approximately 33% faster than 1.0. iPhone 4 is approximately 50% faster than 3GS.
Now supports iPhone 4, 3G, 3GS, iPod Touch, and iPad (as iPhone app) running iPhone OS 3.1 and later
