Protect your photos with Marksta

London born Photojournalist John D McHugh has just released a watermarking app for the iPhone. Tired of having his internet content stolen, John with the help of an app developer created Marksta, an app that allows you to watermark/copyright your images with text or a logo, before sharing them to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or another online photo sharing service.

In an interview with the British Journal of Photography, John told reporter Olivier Laurent "I was tired of people stealing my work on the web, so rather than fight what can't be fought, I developed Marksta."

Marksta [App Store Link] was originally released a few days ago, and at the time of release was available for free, however the app has since been priced at £1.49/$1.99/€1.59, which whilst more expensive than some other similar apps, is still worth checking out, if like many, you are concerned about protecting your online images.
