If you're looking for a feature-full photography app for the iPhone, you might wanna take a look at Darkroom Premium. Formerly named Steadycam (which I think is a more apt name), Darkroom Premium originally started as a motion-sensitive camera app. When I first downloaded the basic version, that was the selling point.
It was always in the top 25 free apps in the Japanese App Store, and got great reviews. When they released the premium version for 115 yen (£0.59, $0.99) I balked, but decided that since they did such a great job with the steady cam function, I'd give their paid version a chance since it added a few features. With the free version, you just get the motion-sensitive shooting mode. With the premium version you get an adjustable timer mode, fullscreen shutter, and auto-save.

Above: Mid-steady cam mode.Darkroom Premium is great for low-light shooting, self-pics, and propping up your iPhone and taking timed shots. The only drawback, and I think this is a problem with most iPhone camera apps, is that the saving takes a while. On the plus side, it's feature-rich for a low price, and it's rock solid. In the couple months I've been using it, it has never locked up or crashed even once.
