OK the information on this app is a little sketchy as the AppStore description has not been translated to English and Googles translation service didn't help me at all, so here is my best effort at describing this app.
The app appears to be called nosFilter and lets you give your photos that 100-150 year old look, all faded and stained, and kind of reminds me of the results I got when I processed my first black and white film in a makeshift darkroom way back in the mid 1980's.

The app
It's a simple app to use, just launch it, take a photo or select one from your album and then apply the effect. There are 3 strengths to choose from, soft, medium or hard, and when complete just save, and that's all there is to this app.
So what do I think of this app?
The output size is a poor 640x480, but the results are interesting enough for a free app, and is well worth giving a try.
